Complaint handling with Taylor Defence Services (TDS)

In this episode we discuss complaints handling with Victoria Holden, a senior dental advisor at TDS. We also discuss how to decide on the correct indemnity cover for dental professionals with Stuart Anderson, operations director at TDS.

Victoria qualified in 1999 from Sheffield University and has worked in general dental practice ever since. Since graduating she has been awarded the MFGDP(UK), Diploma in Implant Dentistry and the Fellowship of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and more recently an LLM in Medical Law from Northumbria University. She has experience as an expert witness in both clinical negligence and Fitness to Practise cases. With her clinical background and legal experience Victoria is ideally placed to advise on dental queries and concerns.

Stuart began his professional career in business in 1999, as Senior Business Relationship Manager for Royal Bank of Scotland, followed by a role as Director of Business Development with Bank of Scotland. Squat dental practice with Dr. Hartej Matharu

Hartej, or “Tej”as he likes to be known, graduated from Barts and the London Hospital. In his view studying dentistry in a busy central London hospital has given him the opportunity of treating a diverse range of patients and the experience of treating a multitude of dental conditions.

 

Tej is focused on providing quality dental care to all of his patients and, as part of his commitment to continued self-improvement, has completed a Diploma course in Prosthodontics . He has developed an interest in Aesthetic Dentistry, having been fully trained in Invisalign invisible braces and facial aesthetics.
