In this podcast Dr Shaadi Manouchehri will discuss all things dentistry including, but not limited to, common dental conditions and treatments. The show welcomes guests regularly, including dental professionals and experts in their fields as well as patients who will share their personal journey and hopefully provide some entertainment along the way! This podcast may also at times feature alternative but relevant topics such as social media and dentists, mental health and facial aesthetics. Dr Shaadi is a cosmetic dentist based in London having graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, followed by completing postgraduate training posts in specialist fields including paediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery. She regularly features in dental journals and has recently published “How to Get into Dental School”, a beginner’s guide for prospective dental students.

Laura Bailey graduated from Manchester University in 2013 as a Dental Therapist. She not only came top in her year but she also won 2 awards for her final year case presentations and for being the best overall student of the year both clinically and academically. She has worked in private practice since at 'The Richmond Dentist' where she treats patients who have become friends.
In this episode we talk about Laura’s success on TikTok and the importance of social media on raising awareness of health related topics for the general public. Laura shares how important social media has been for the growth of her business and practical tips on how to start creating content on TikTok.
